I believe I have the same catalogue (page 8 on mine is identical) and on the inside front cover, paragraph 2 of "A FOREWORD TO OUR CUSTOMERS" refers to "this 1939 list of productions". Hope this helps.

Incidentally, it's freezing here in Weymouth, too so I can only assume that Mick Butler is, ahem, more generously covered than you or I Peter...
