Well, let's see....
The bike is definitely 1980-81, not 76, which makes it a Jackson-built frame, the components are nothing special, the seller won't ship, and he won't take Paypal. I hope he doesn't expect much of a selling price.
On the other hand, anyone willing to jump through the hoops this guy has set up might get a bargain. Pretty frame.
