Then there are the Quebecois - who are neither American, British, Canadian nor French, although there are times I swear they try to be all, especially the latter.
My wife's first two husbands were such, and she lived in Montreal for 25 years. The first was both a bicycling and cafe racer nut at the same time as myself - although we didn't meet until '81.
