If you look closely- the lower right hand corner is comparing standard trak pitch with pitch 10 stuff. There are no double chainwheels pictured.
that chain is found on small motorized thingys like really old rotating display cases or conveyer belts. And maybe front wheel drive lawnmovers. It's an industrial chain that is rather stiff from side to side and would not be good as a shifting chain.
