I just got a Williams AB-77 (splined-cotterless) crankset (chainset in UK?)

Cranks (cottered or cotterless) the plural of crank (two, left and right side)... the right (drive) side being fitted with chain wheel/s or more pouplarly chainwheel/s) turning thro' a bracket containing a bracket axle often just "axle". Chainsets and bottom brckets - that's all a bit post-CR modernist era for me !
