I'm pretty certain that Steven's list was written by Peter Egan from Road and Track. Though not a CR member, Peter is certainly "one of us," with a love for older, simpler things. Based on his monthly column, he loves old sports cars, vintage guitars, some variety of wooden boat, and he rides a Bianchi.
Sounds like good peeps to me.
