Hello Derek,
Not certain about Cinelli I will let someone else answer that one but in
1981 and before the bar tapes in common useage in the UK were, Bike
Ribbon, Plastolux, Twilolux, Tressostar, Tressorex, Veloute and Bernard
Hinault.
