Pardon me but I thought we had this discussion around a year ago. So for the new ones onboard to me the best way to make that cloth stick is go to you local art store a buy a can of spray mount. Spray your naked bars and wrap the cloth around em and voila! no more moving tape. Or just go to the American Cyclery web and by thier velox "presticky" (nice English) cloth tape ...work like a charm.
