Hey Roger!

I wondered when you'd get around to dropping your lurker status! Welcome into the open!

For the rest of you fellow CR listers -- Roger's no newbie; he's one one of our northern cycling gurus. A guy who's been around, knows his stuff and always has good advice (and a helping hand). His downside is that -- he's a far better climber than me! I could bore you all with the story of the day this summer Roger organized a group of folks to ride Lincoln Gap, but I'll just say that -- I consider myself to be a stronger than average rider, yet that day, as I strained and puffed to make my way up this unbelievably steep road (said by some to be the steepest paved road in America), he got to the top and then rode back down to see how I was doing....

I keep hoping that some day he'll actually invite me to see his famous collection (hint, wink, hint, wink). Maybe the other Burlington CR listers I'm aware of, Larry Colletti and Stephen Barner, and I could ....

Roger -- now that you've come in from the cold, I hope you'll chime in with comments, advice and stories from time to time!

David -- moving from riding my bike to riding my snowboard as the seasons change (and spinning at the Y) -- White Burlington, VT
