I don't think this phenom is limited to MASI alone. Lately I think if you want to see items that sell for far more than what they should (IMHO) then simply check on my lost auctions list. As a matter of fact that will not work because I never get to bid in the first place because it leaps over my max before I hit the submit button. If you want to know the next item that will exceed its normal value then just let me know and I will check my watch list and report back to you. I have it down to a science on picking items that defy gravity with regard to selling price.
