I haven't used that specific tool, but it looks to be designed on the same principle as the Campy and VAR tools for the same purpose, albeit perhaps not as sturdily built (the shaft and cup holder on the Campy/VAR tools are quite a bit more substantial). For $25 it looks like a pretty good buy, though -- much more wallet-friendly than Campy/VAR, and less likely to damage paint or fingers than the traditional stamped fixed cup tools.
