... because the guy more than likely doesn't have arms like a monkey and wouldn't want to smash his nose on the stem every time he'd try to shift down-tube. I think this solution is very ingenious. We had a customer in the store last year who rode this size as well and his name was Herr Klein, which translates into Mr.Small, ...

My thoughts are about the angles, though. What do the framebuilders think? Shouldn't the angles be steeper to give the poor guy a better seat inbetween the wheels and not over the rear hub?
