Greg,

I think you should be able to make a Stronglight JP100 work: < http://www.zefal.com/stronglight/page.php?nom=produit&keyProd=jp1000>. This BB does not use the threads in the shell, but does required facing the shel l with a special tool. These were marketed by Mavic back in the day. Hope that helps :^)
