I¹m interested in dating my Woodrup bike (frame). The seller told me that this was originally purchased used in AZ in the early 80s. It had various parts hung on the frame over the years and I¹ve made a few changes myself just to get it to fit my riding style and back on the road. Reynolds 531 decal, or what¹s left of it. No braze-ons for brake cables or shifters. Chrome head lugs and Campy drop outs. I was thinking 1970s.

Serial number on the bottom of the BB shell is 3167. Might it be March 1, 1967? That¹s too easy, right?

Also does this look like the remnants of a Super Champion rim label? Fiamme ?

5-speed Wheels have Miche Competition hubs with an oil hole and clip. What¹ s the feeling about these hubs? I have not heard much mentioned about these over the years.

Bike is a dream to ride, BTW.
