Age per se is not a reason to replace tyres, unless they're so old they have cotton thread (yours are way newer than that, and will be nylon.)

If the tires are not worn thin, and if they are not misshapen with lumps and bumps, there's no earthly reason to replace them unless you're looking to go to a different width for some reason.
