Well, I think Brian Frank is right when he says it is an Atala (the serial # and seat cluster is exactly like his much more beautiful one) ...now if I could just figure out how it got those early Assenmacher decals on it! Unless there is a really devoted Atala fan out there, I'll be parting it out, I guess.
