No, that bike is circa 1970, but Zeus bikes in the late 60's to 1970 did carry an "A" decal. What were they doing with a long-obsolete tubeset? Who knows? Maybe Franco bought a load of it for aircraft or other military use in the Spanish Civil War in the 30's and Zeus was still working it off in bike frames.

It's hard to imagine that the Zeus in question is that old, though.
