(In fact, I've actually touched one - perhaps 2 - frames from A&P's Kromo tubing.) Still, I would not be surprised if your assertion were true. My recollection from old advertisements, recent photos of old frames, UK eBay auctions, etc. is that many of the _really_ nicely made frames seem to have been built using A&P Kromo tubing. Also, in the USA, I believe you could have your Schwinn Paramount built from A&P Kromo tubing. Is there anyone out there with a Paramount or Superior from A&P tubing? (If it has a tubing decal, it might only say "Kromo".) The one A&P bike I recall would have to have been a track racing machine, although it wouldn't necessarily have been a Paramount.
