I think there is a pretty significant difference between the corkscrews and the belt buckles. Campagnolo developed and manufactured the corkscrew (and the nutcracker) in order to diversify their product line (which also included a lot cast magnesium aerospace pieces and car wheels at teh time) and sell "a better mouse trap." I think the corkscrew was an honest attempt to make something better and make money doing it. The belt buckles were promotional items intended to market the bike parts. I don't know that Campy even made them in house. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if they were a Campagnolo USA brainstorm that never were sold in Europe. Just a hunch.
