I was looking at Tom's Algurn album, and noticed something I had never seen before. The ends of the fork blades as they enter the dropuouts are treated differently than the ends of the seat and chainstays. The fork blades are cut back and scalloped in a style I have mainly seen on French bikes. The seat and chainstay ends are domed, which I think of as a tradional British style. In my limited experience the forks and the rear stays are usually treated the same way as they enter the dropouts. Why the difference here?
