Pretty sure that's a Spidel-badged Simplex SLJ 5000T. As someone mentioned, there were also Peugeot-badged Simplex RD's. I have Simplex RD's badged as Simplex, Spidel, Peugeot, Gipiemme and even Motobecane. Most of the Peugeot-badged ones I have seen are not quite top of the line, but maybe one or two steps down, though still pretty nice. In this era, after thinking better of their near-total reliance on mostly plastic derailleurs, Simplex produced a bewilderingly large number of derailleur models with almost every conceivable combination of alloy, steel and plastic. Very often, an essentially identical design would be produced in 3 or 4 different combinations of materials. This makes buying them on eBay tricky, as it is often impossible to tell the material of construction from a photo.
BTW, as far as I know, nearly all Simplex RD's after the mid-60's had glued-on badges, so if one HAD TO HAVE a Spidel-badged one, and could find some model of trashed Spidel RD wiith a useable badge, one could perform a badge transplant.

For the early 80's peugeot (so I can remove that Shimano 600 that looks out of place!). Pic of what I'm looking for here:
