hi guys, as i'm building my new Gios Super-Record, the model with "coins" in the fork crown, i'm wondering when this particular model was introduced. i think it was between 78 and 81. can anyone narrow it down more?

btw, does anyone have a pair of old-style white cinelli bar plugs for sale or trade?
