Dear List Members, I'm looking for a high-res picture of an English-style touring bike, you know the type: full fenders, dropped bars, and Carradice Nelson Long-Flap Saddlebag. A photo taken during a tour, with the bike fully loaded, would be ideal.
The photo will be for publication in my touring book, Sharing the Road: A Bicycle Tourist's Guide To India, in my section on touring bikes and equipment. I can't pay for a photo, but I am offering a photo credit instead. If this interests you, you will need to include a statement of consent along with the photo attachment in a reply email.
I'm also looking for pictures of cyclists with expedition-type loads riding the Karakoram, Kashmir, Ladakh, and the Zanskar Valley. Photos with identifiable landmarks would be perfect, or you need to be able to tell where the photo was taken (any other details of your route would be welcome, too), along with your statement of consent.
