Dear Liatmembers,
Sterling and I are planning to ride from our "usual" location in Balboa Park to Solana Beach (for coffee at Java Depot) this Sunday, weather per mitting. It's 50 miles with some climbing, but not severe climbing, as w as Mt. Baldy. The forcast is for rain on Sunday at this point; but aroun d here you have to wait for the day to arrive to know for sure. The weat hermen around here are such liars! If we don't ride I'll be curling up w ith a nice file, some metal sheers, and a planishing hammer as I fabrica te a custom chainguard. Have lots of new toys in the shop now and have p lenty of interesting fabrications to complete, along with 4 new frames w ell underway.
We will meet at 9am in the park and depart for points north at 9:30am sh arp!!! Join us if you like. Drop me an email if you plan to show, but be aware there is the possibility of rain and cancellation of the ride.
