John asked:

For those of you who give a rip about tiny details, I have pics on my Website showing the adjuster nuts and screws on the earliest "no lettering" Campagnolo brakes. I am still interested in hearing from anyone with these brakes as to what size adjuster nuts you have. I repeat, WHAT SIZE ADJUSTER NUTS DO YOU HAVE??? !

You can take a look at the ones on the most recent Masi that I have brought into the country. I believe the bike to be a Masi special from the late 60's that has been repainted as a Gran Criterium. It has the first generation no-name brake calipers: http://www.wooljersey.com/gallery/Masi_GC_late_60s .
