Thank you all for helping me to identify my Cinelli. The consensus seemed to be that it was made around 1981.
My original intention was to restore my Cinelli, but I have just been presented with a family emergency, and have no alternative but to sell it.
Where would be the best place to find a caring and educated Cinelli enthusiast? I really don't want to sell it on ebay, as I have heard the horror stories.

tpc> Hello,
tpc> I am in the process of restoring my Cinelli, but the first digit of tpc> the serial number is marred.
tpc> I put up a gallery of closeups of all parts of the Cinelli, hoping tpc> that you would be able to help me identify it properly.
tpc> Even if you have no idea, go and check out the gallery of this tpc> beautiful mostly original Cinelli, to appreciate the fine craftsmanship that went into tpc> creating it. I especially love the engraved Coat of Arms on the tpc> handlebars.
