One of the many interesting bicycle museums in Italy belongs to Tino Sana. You can see photos of the museum here:

He has quite a few unique bikes, including many pros bikes like the Bianchi that Gimondi rode to a win in the Giro. As he made his money in the woodworking business, he has also tied in his business with his pastime. He has built a limited number of wood bikes. One is now on sale on Italian ebay:
