How can you tell it's from the 1960s?

I have a few 1980s Michelins ("Miche")... mostly with sealed bearings.

I wonder if the qr lever and hub shell are the same? Can you send pics of the rear hub you have for comparison?

I have one cool 1960s Michelin rear hub w/ Michelin quick release, and wish to match it with a front hub and QR. Do any of you CR fellows have one available for sale, or a suggestion where I might focus my digging. For sale - offline; intel and guidance - online, please. Many thanks,
