Check out this auction for a Longstaff trike:

For those of you in the Bay area in California this is great opportunity to pick up a fantastic trike without needing to worry about shipping costs.

As you might have noticed on the various 'dream bike' lists that were posted over the last few weeks, George Longstaff's name came up quite frequently, likely more than any other KoF builder in Britain. The bikes and trikes coming out of his shop have always been first class with great workmanship and wonderful design, whether it be one of his trikes, his tandems or his audax bikes. While the frame shop still goes on today, George passed away just over a year ago.

I have a Longstaff trike myself and can only say positive things about it. The one being offered is even set up for North America with its right hand drive wheel. If I did not already have two trikes, I would go after this one right away.

I would like to take an informal survey to find out how many racing trikes are owned by CR listmembers. I already know of a few that include: Paul in Colorado, Brian in California, Mike in Ohio, Curtis in Pennsylvania. Please let me know what kind you have.
