I have a '71 Raleigh International that came to me with Campy no-logo sidepulls (which I sold on Ebay a while back). The bike had 700c wheels, and had a regular front bolt with a drop bolt in the rear. Worked fine. Don't know about 650 though...
Also, the nice centerpull hanger between the rear stays had been crudely removed.
I just finished rebuilding the frame as a fixie yesterday - it has many years left in it!
