I purchased this a couple of years ago for nostalgic reasons --- while working at the local Schwinn shop as a teenager in the early 70s, I lusted after this bike after it appeared in a Bicycling magazine road test. Well the owner of the shop couldn't, or wouldn't try to special order it for me, pushing me into buying a Peugeot PX-10. No offense to French fans, but the PX-10 was sufficient, but never really impressed me.
This is currently my winter riding bike, and thus it is equipped with fenders (mounted with vinyl coated "P" clamps). It is a nice rider, typical of 1970s Italian road-racing frames (not the prettiest, but not worse than most other frames of this period). Nice rake to front fork --- Masi fans???
