I've never seen powercoat on a bicycle frame, but I have seen many motorcycle frames. Has the technology changed where the "thickness" of the coat is closer to paint? The motorcycle frames I've seen looked like they'd been dipped in paint - not exactly the way to show off that sharp lug finish!
