Ok, now that I've gotten home and taken a look at these things (it's been a while) I'm going to revise my price down. They're more decrepit than I had remembered: no pads, not nuts or washers on the bolts (which don't match and probably aren't original), only one transverse cable. Lots of vintage grime, but I won't charge extra for that. US$10+shipping takes them...
