After reviewing the comments and especially the pictures which Pete brought up on the CABE site, I believe that yesterdays Schwinn may not be a converted bike, seeing another almost identical one changed my opinion, I would still like to see a Schwinn catalog page showing this bike with these parts, then I would be certain. As it is, it could have been custom ordered? Or both bikes were custom assembled at the same shop? In one day there is a REAL prewar track bike on Ebay, it is a Velox, very much like one that I own, I hope that someone on here buys it so that we can compare our bikes. It is item 6509713314 Happy Bidding!
