Subject: [CR]finally got my competition frame today. Anyone need a zeus BB?

a week or so ago I posted to the list about this competition frame I bought on ebay: http://ebay.com/<blah>

There was some discussion about the exact year and I'm sure now it's a 73 or 74, as it has huret dropouts. It did however come with the zeus BB. Which I'd be interested in trading, it came with the crank bolts as well.

I have to say I am disapointed with this frame, and I'm not quite sure what to do about it. The seller stated that the only part of the frame that was repainted were the red parts, I believe that is false. There's a paint drip and I what I believe are brush strokes on the fork crown. It also appears that the carlton decal on the seat tube has been painted over. The rest of the black paint just doesn't seem right either. The rear triangle and the fork are more of a flat black while the area around the headtube seems to be a bit more glossy. What would you guys do? I knew that I was going to have to repaint at least part of the frame, but not the whole thing. I was really hoping to be able to preserve some of the original paint. I'm also worried about what I'm going to find underneath the paint. Although the inside of the tubes seem ok, I'm afraid I'm going to find nothing but rust under the paint. Is this frame worth a total repaint, considering what I paid for it? or should I just ask for a refund?
