I use my NR converted using Rally cage plates with a 13-28 x 48/44 or 48/52 half-step setup. Works fine.

There's a bunch in the archives about Rally derailleurs. Search under: Campy Rally, Campag Rally, Campagnolo Rally. (or just "Rally" and weed out the other stuff)
