There were three versions.

First and second were very simialar - both were slant parallelogram design with raised "Campagnolo" lettering along the side arm, with the size of the lettering diminishing from the C to the o. The second version differed by adding a bit of metal to support the arm junction where it bent, presumably due to stress failure at this junction. Both had a chunky yet elegant look, and are perhaps the most beautiful bike part I have seen...

The later version abandoned the slant mechanism for the Nuovo Record style straight mech, and looked very much like a Nuovo except for the longer plates and Rally name.
