George,
I recently opened a Sedisport package I'd been holding onto since about the time you're interested in. It was in a padded paper container with blue and yellow dominant on the packaging. It was quite different from both of your photos. I believe I still have the package, and could take a picture for you if you need it (and I do actually still have the packaging). Bear in mind, there could be a number of different chains that may have come in different packages. I only know about the one I have.
