Mark; Of late I've been interested in learning frame restoration, and all that is included within, striping etc. As a former Artist and Photographer, the art, skill and knowledge etc that go into restoration intrigues me. I've investigated a few ways of pinstriping and luglining. Local hobby shops and supplier on the web carry striping pens that can be used luglining, and are available in very limited colours and widths. To apply to to boxlining seems to be not that difficult. If you used masking tape as a giude, applied to the frame and used the edge of the masking tape as a guide tool for the pen, my thinking is this could be a way of doing boxlining. As for quality of the paint in the pens, I'm not sure. Eventually I'll invest in lining tools like to equipment in the site you sent to the CR.
