The Epgrave #1 Super, I believe, has cutouts in the lugs (notably on the extensions at the front of the headtube). Others may be more specific than I.
If memory serves me, and if Jerry's is the one I'm thinking of, I believe the frame Jerry mentions is illustrative of a number 1 super.
