I had a CNC shop make me a batch of fixed cup tools for Raleigh 3 speeds. These are often on so tight that I have to put a 20" long wrench on the tool and beat on the other end with a wooden mallet to remove them. Threaded rod based tools that usually worked on lightweights were worthless on 3 speeds. I think the threads are tapered and they must have been installed with impact drivers.

If demand was there, I could have them do a batch to fit Campi. I imagine the price would be in the $30 - $40 range.

These are the same guys that produce my cotter presses http://bikesmithdesign.com/CotterPress When business is slow they make reproduction parts for antique bikes and do bike related work at a discount.
