Perhaps you mean the 28 x 1/14 or EA4 designation bastard tyre. 647 mm bead. Dunlop Speedsters was the name of the tyre. These fit on my CCM Road Racers from the 30s and 40's.

If you find some old stock, please send (sell) them to me...
