Just bought my second Rossin cycle, if it is not actually inside the timeline, then it is definitively a KOF. It´s nearly my size (64 cm c/t, 65 would have been better) and cost less than 100 US-Dollars (70 Euros, to be exact) in ride-away condition. Very nicely done with "R"-cutouts everywhere (under b/b, in some lugs), and rides nicely, too.
The funny thing is that it bears the same non-descript Columbus transfer my other Rossin (a Super Record, on wooljersey) has. It just says "Acciaio Speciale" which I take to mean special steel, and "Tubi Rinforzati" which I think means reinforced tubing. No indication if it´s Cromor, or SL, or even the lowly Aelle. Any explanation? Even cheaper stuff than Aelle? Thanks.
