With all the list's putting down of Campy rear derailleurs last week, it has me wondering just this:
The main complaint with Campy rears is that it requires a slight almost imperceptable overshift before the chain settles down into its proper cog. Would this preclude using Simplex Retro-friction leves..? Obviously not, because the pros typically used retro-friction in conjunction with Campy rears. What's up? Is retro-friction capable of overshifting? I thought not. So how is the retro-friction lever successful in its pairing with Campy?
