The head tube treatment (lugging) looks to be Paramount. I have not seen that on any other period Schwinn. The rear hub is Schwinn but not common to Paramounts that I have seen of this vintage. I have that same hub on a 40s Schwinn and it is a high flange freewheel hub. Cannot judge this bike by its components at as it is a mutt. I suspect a repaint albeit an older one. If it were my size it would be an interesting pick up to try and restore to original but it is already priced at the max for that in my judgment.
