Yes, Phil Wood has a thin-wall remover for the splined Regina bodies. It also fits Atom and Zeus freewheels and allows you to remove the freewheel without any disassembly. With reasonable care they work quite well -- I've had no problems using it to remove the Atom freewheel on my tandem, for example (but I did have to ream it out to accept the 12mm tandem axle diameter).

BTW, it does *NOT* work on the older two-prong type Regina bodies.
