I wonder if anyone on the list can clear something up for me. On page 3 (bottom) of the Legnano pics posted by Aldo on woojersey there is a a pic of a '46 Legnano rear triangle with the comment "Note the Campagnolo chain catcher on the chainstay." When I looked closely at this I see that the catcher faces out. Is this correct. I ask because I have a Bianchi Paris Roubaix with a similar "catcher" facing inward toward the spokes. Logically, this seems the more likely place for the chain to drop. Can anyone tell me if mine is reversed or is the one in the picture bassackwards. Thanks.
