Sorry, the Windsor Pro didn't qualify for the reason it didn't come with the Campagnolo Record brakes but with Universal 68s. And if you priced a set of Campagnolo brakes back then the price difference between them and Universals was HUGE.
I bought my full Campagnolo silver mink Raleigh Pro in March 1976 from the dealer for $506 and it was a bargain compared to $900 Coopers and Masi.
I loved it at the time (my first bike as an adult) but it was pretty odd with that huge amount of fork rake and the bottom bracket almost 11 inches off the ground. The handling of Italian bikes was a revelation after the Raleigh Pro!
