Re: the Cirque du Cyclisme bike show & awards...
1. The CR e-mail list time restrictions are not necessarily applicable but can used as a rough guide.
2. There is no charge for show bikes to be entered, with the exception of bikes that also are for sale. If you have a bike for sale, or sell the bike as a result of the show, you are honor bound to for the fee for a single selling space ($25.) to assist in the event cost.
3. Bicycles are place on the show floor by organizers, i.e, you bikes may not be necessarily place together. See the floor plan to see the concept used for placement:

4.) Bicycles will receive a special Cirque identity tag which will be the only signage allowed. If supplied, supportive literature, catalogs, provenance documents may be displayed below the bikes.
5.) You MUST bring a stable display stand for each bike. Please do not bring bikes without a stand. Do not assume you may borrow one.
4.) Do not remove bikes before 3 PM.
5.) Limit bikes to 4 bikes per person, pick your best bikes, please!
6.) Judging is purely subjective on the part of the judges. No published criteria is used. This is not a Concours d'Elegance, nor do we use guidelines of any sort.
7.) Entering of bikes automatically gives permission to attendees and the Cirque du Cyclisme organization to use photographic images taken at the event of those bikes
