Richard,
I don't believe that Raleigh switched over to Sun Tour componentry until 1977 for the Super Course - when they pretty much re-did the entire machine. I am not 100% certain, but I believe Huret shifters (nothing coated with black plastic mind you), would be on there to match the derailleurs.
